Bridey Short is the new PRR member manager (her job will be to maintain a roster of all members, their attendance at practice, meetings and events and committee participation).

Parks and Recreation Director, Donn Hayes, sent a letter to the PRR requesting information about our proposed program(s), for which he could secure the following practice days and times:
Wednesday nights from 7-9pm
Friday mornings from 5-8am
Our goal is to begin Roller Derby practice in Jan. 2013 and to focus on skating skills in December of 2012, more information to follow shortly (we hope to provide a boot camp in December).
The age for PRR members was reduced from 21 to 18. Although competitors must be women, skating and non-skating officials can be men or women, so become a member even if you are a guy!!!
Juneau Rollergirls Inc., is hosting a boot camp on December 14, 15 and 16, in Juneau.
